SoloLawyerAI is a powerful digital assistant and toolkit designed specifically for solo attorneys who want to save time, streamline client intake, and strengthen their practice without adding complexity or subscriptions. It automates repetitive administrative tasks, such as collecting client information, generating summaries, and managing follow-ups, using AI-driven workflows that plug directly into familiar tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Notion.
Sophia AI is a compassionate digital companion designed to support older adults with everyday health, safety, and social needs. Through natural conversation, Sophia helps seniors manage medications, track appointments, and stay connected with caregivers or family members, all while offering friendly reminders and emotional reassurance. Her intuitive interface makes technology feel simple and human, fostering independence and confidence for older adults who want to stay engaged and well at home.
I managed the global digital transformation of Infiniti's online products, overseeing the design and implementation of their CMS/CRM system across 180 countries in 37 languages. This large-scale initiative enhanced user experience, ensured brand consistency, and elevated Infiniti's global online presence, driving engagement and accessibility for customers worldwide.
Bucky AI is a cutting-edge hospitality AI experience that I designed to enhance guest engagement and drive additional revenue. It provides intelligent recommendations, automates requests, and personalizes interactions while fostering community engagement. I lead the end-to-end UX/UI design, development, and AI integration, ensuring seamless guest interactions and new monetization opportunities.
For British Library redesign, my team followed a rigorous research and discovery process, ensuring accessibility and usability across 28,000+ pages and 15+ sub-sites. Stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and user testing as part of the government mandated GDS process (Government Digital Service) process shaped the design. WCAG 2.0 AA compliance was prioritized, integrating diverse systems into a seamless, user-friendly, and highly accessible digital experience.

The Adecco Loyalty Program was designed with a user-centric approach, leveraging research and behavioral insights to enhance engagement. The platform featured an intuitive interface, personalized rewards, and seamless navigation, ensuring accessibility and automation for long-term user participation.
My team and I led the UX and UI design for Demon Tweeks' e-commerce platform, infusing a creative flair symbolic of the thrill of racing while enhancing usability. We improved navigation, streamlined checkout flows, and optimized mobile responsiveness, ensuring a seamless, high-performance shopping experience. By restructuring product categories and refining user interactions, we boosted engagement, reduced cart abandonment, and increased mobile transactions, aligning the platform with modern e-commerce best practices while capturing the adrenaline-fueled spirit of motorsports.
