TMHCC Specialty Insurance – Broker Enablement Platform

I directed the UX and UI design of a modular broker-enablement platform for Tokio Marine HCC’s Specialty division. The objective was to allow more than 70 brokers to deploy tailored microsites quickly while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.

 

I facilitated discovery workshops with brokers and underwriters to understand their workflows, then designed a reusable design system with configurable UI modules. I created dashboards, forms, and content templates within a responsive, accessible framework that balanced speed and flexibility. My prototypes demonstrated full end-to-end functionality for testing and stakeholder alignment.

 

The resulting platform reduced administrative overhead, improved broker efficiency, and enhanced customer acquisition. By blending modular architecture with thoughtful interaction design, TMHCC gained a scalable, maintainable digital ecosystem that could evolve across product lines.
