For a global fintech client, I led UX and UI design for an AI-enabled financial management platform serving banks and insurers worldwide. The goal was to simplify cash-management workflows and deliver real-time insight through role-based dashboards.

I facilitated stakeholder workshops, conducted contextual interviews, and analyzed task flows to identify inefficiencies. From those findings, I designed persona-specific dashboards featuring AI-powered alerts, actionable KPIs, and intuitive data visualizations. I built mid- to high-fidelity prototypes emphasizing accessibility, responsiveness, and modular scalability.

 

The resulting platform improved accuracy, reduced reconciliation times, and became a benchmark for financial UX. The interface’s clarity and automation allowed users to manage liquidity and payments with confidence, establishing the product as an industry standard for modern financial operations.
