Role: End-to-End Product Design and Product Management

As UX and Product Design Lead, I directed and executed the end-to-end redesign of a Fortune 500 global insurance carrier’s agent microsite system, used by over 50 million policyholders worldwide. The initiative aimed to transform an outdated, manually operated microsite network into a dynamic, scalable digital platform that could be deployed instantly, empowering agents to manage content and connect with customers more effectively.
I led in-depth user research sessions and persona development workshops to uncover agent pain points, including navigation confusion, lack of content control, and inconsistent branding. Using these insights, I mapped the end-to-end journey, designed new workflows, and built responsive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that simplified site creation and management. I personally developed the UX architecture, visual systems, and interaction patterns while leading the integration design for Sitecore 9.3 on AWS, with single sign-on (SSO), CRM, and scheduling tools. The UI emphasized accessibility, modularity, and mobile optimization, ensuring brand alignment and inclusive usability across devices.
Within 48 hours of launch, 600 agents created 1,800 microsites; by year’s end, over 5,000 agents had deployed more than 60,000. User traffic rose by 250 percent in the first 90 days, portal usage by 31 percent, and covered product revenue by 4 percent year-over-year. The system’s scalable design system, analytics integration, and automated content workflows established a new enterprise standard for usability, efficiency, and digital transformation in the insurance sector.
