Adecco, a global leader in workforce solutions, needed to consolidate more than 50 brands under one digital ecosystem while preserving their distinct identities and improving the overall user experience. As UX and Product Design Lead, I directed the full design transformation, creating a unified digital platform that integrated multiple services including staffing, recruitment, career transition, and talent development across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

 

I began by conducting extensive end-user research across multiple countries, developing detailed personas for job seekers, recruiters, and internal staff. These insights shaped the foundation for a global design strategy that balanced consistency and flexibility. I structured the information architecture, created user journeys, and designed low- to high-fidelity prototypes that were tested iteratively to validate usability across languages and regions. My team and I implemented a modular design system integrated with Sitecore, ensuring scalability, localization, and 99 percent accessibility compliance. I also designed and oversaw the integration of an intelligent job recommendation engine and loyalty program that personalized the experience through milestones, notifications, and rewards, all tailored to improve NPS and repeat engagement.

 

The unified platform consolidated 48 global brands into a single Sitecore environment, reducing operational overhead and ensuring brand cohesion worldwide. The improved personalization features increased engagement and satisfaction, while accessibility reached full compliance, strengthening Adecco’s inclusivity goals. The new platform positioned Adecco as a digitally mature, user-first organization capable of supporting both local relevance and global consistency at scale.
