TMHCC Trade Credit – Broker and Policyholder Portal

As UX/UI lead, I designed a multi-user portal for TMHCC’s Trade Credit division serving brokers, underwriters, and policyholders. The challenge was to unify three separate workflows into one seamless digital experience.

 

I led user interviews and journey mapping sessions, then created wireframes and prototypes supporting role-based dashboards, document management, and claims tracking. I implemented a modular design system integrated with BizTalk and Sitecore, ensuring flexibility and compliance.

 

The platform improved transparency, speed, and collaboration across all user groups. Its responsive, accessible interface became a model for future TMHCC products, blending operational efficiency with clarity and user trust.
