TMHCC Italian Surety – Multi-Channel Portals

I led the UX and UI development of two responsive portals for TMHCC’s Italian Surety business: one for credit control and another for principal management. The goal was to streamline operations while maintaining strict regulatory accuracy and usability.

I performed field studies with Italian credit officers and principals, defined workflows, and designed wireframes that simplified high-volume data interactions. I built modular dashboards and mobile-first UIs that improved visibility and reduced task times. My collaboration with local developers ensured cultural and language adaptability.

The portals increased productivity, reduced manual errors, and standardized data handling across offices. The project proved how tailored UX architecture and responsive UI design can transform complex, compliance-driven environments into intuitive digital experiences.
