For Carey International, I led and designed the complete digital transformation of its booking and chauffeur applications across web, iOS, and Android. The challenge was to modernize legacy tools and create a premium user experience consistent with Carey’s luxury positioning.

I personally conducted stakeholder interviews, user observations, and workflow analyses to uncover friction in booking, tracking, and payment. Based on these insights, I developed personas for travelers, chauffeurs, and travel agents, then designed responsive wireframes and prototypes that unified all touchpoints into a single, elegant experience. The redesigned chauffeur app included simplified task flows, improved route visibility, and optimized data presentation for safety and efficiency.
The new digital ecosystem reduced support calls, quadrupled online bookings within two years, and improved fleet coordination globally. By blending high-end visual design with practical workflow innovation, the platform redefined digital luxury travel for Carey’s international audience.
